#SMSelfLoveClub – Week 3

So sorry this wasn’t up yesterday as planned, but I have had a bit of a busy week with Ste still in hospital (for his birthday too) and my own hospital appointment.  I am also working hard on my uni stuff as I have an assignment due next week!  If you haven’t already, please try and do yesterday’s challenge as well as today’s as I think it is a really good one.  Hope you are all still enjoying this, keep sending in your feedback and tagging with the hashtag #SMSelfLoveClub across social media so I can read and share them.


Week Three Challenges

Wednesday 15th November – Write five positive affirmations.  Attach them to your mirror or somewhere you will see every day.  Read them every morning when you get up

Thursday 16th November – When was the last time you indulged yourself and how?

Friday 17th November – What is one change you can make to increase your happiness?

Saturday 18th November – How can you give yourself a break today (mentally, physically or emotionally)?

Sunday 19th November – How are you making the world a better place?

Monday 20th November – What hobbies do you enjoy? Take some time oput to do something you enjoy today.

Tuesday 21st November – What things make you feel bad, but you find yourself doing anyway?

  1. Good idea! I haven’t heard about a blog post like this before. Maybe means I should start reading more blogs 😛 I’ll have to really think about these things you wrote 😊 Being mindful is important.
