The Spoonie Mummy

Haven’t shared a recipe in a while and I made this for me and Leo on Saturday. We are huge pancake fans and enjoy the’easy’ egg and banana pancakes. I decided to try and add a new twist as Leo really loves peanut butter at the moment. They turned out great and were super yummy so I thought I would share it!

Let me know what you think of the new recipe style post I have done. I am hoping its an easy way of people saving to their phone so they can refer back to it when they want to make it. Plus, it looks very pretty!

The pancakes were pretty easy to make and I got about 15 pancakes so you could half or double up the ingredients depending on how many you want to make. The boys could definitely have helped with the prep too so you can get the kids involved. Let me know if you try it and enjoy them,
